As the Orbis Games community grows, the newspaper staff is striving to maintain that same momentum for the months to come. One of the ways to maintain interest is by offering advertisements at affordable prices. Within this proposal you will find workable size dimensions, fixed pricing, servicing fees, as well as future possibilities. Prices and services would be specifically aimed at Orbis Games members, with aims of making them newsletter/game related and affordable. However, we are also offering advertisements to the outside public, or other outside services that game members provide. Please refer to the following information before continuing.

Why Charge For Banners
We want to make this newsletter exciting for everyone in the community by hosting fun events every few months. The problem there is, how do we reward members from 5 different games? The only universal way to reward members is through game credits. So the money earned through advertisements will go towards all of our contests.

Banner Making
You may provide your own banner, or for an additional charge have one made for you by News Letter Staff. However if you make a banner for the news letter you must follow all TOS, including providing links to all stock photos use, or proof that you took the photos.

Preset Banner Sizes
The news letter is typically divided into three columns for easy reading. Some articles take up 2 columns, some take all three, but usually we try to evenly balance between 1 and 2 columns articles. All banners are fixed sizes.

BANNER 1: 250w x 100h pixels
The banner is designed to fit perfectly in any of the three columns.

BANNER 2: 250w x 200h pixels
The banner is designed to fit perfectly in any of the three columns.

BANNER 3: 580w x 100h pixels
This banner spreads across two columns.

BANNER 4: 580w x 200h pixels
This banner spreads across two columns.

Fees & Pricing
All transactions must be done through PayPal, and fees are already included in each price. No adds will be placed on the first page, only the pages after. The second and third pages have different prices, and the base price fee is for everything after page 3. The 6 and 12 month packages are for the second page, and we offer them at a discount. Plan A is for game related material only, and Plan B is for anything else.

PLAN A

Advertisements that fall under this plan are to be game related only: Art work*, Clubs, Fan Sites, Layouts, Sales, Trading, Training, and other Game Related Services. If there are any questions or you are unsure this plan is the one for you, please contact us.

Advertisements that fall under this plan are not game related: Art work*, Personal Businesses, Personal Websites, Showcasing Real Animals, and much more*. If there are any questions or you are unsure this plan is the one for you, please contact us.

* We will allow many kinds of advertisements as long as they all follow the Orbis Games TOS. We however will not advertise outside games.
